Within Woolsocks, our FMCG proposition, known as Scoupy, drivesproduct trial, activation, penetration, and customer identification for A-brands and retailers through innovative, data driven cashback and promotional campaigns. Fully integrated within the Woolsocks ecosystem, we rapidly launch new innovations and scale campaigns across multiple markets, currently operating in seven European countries.

From our office in Amsterdam, together with our offices in Lucerne,Barcelona, and Prague, you will be part of an ambitious team of more than 100 entrepreneurial generalists and specialists in FMCG,sales, marketing, and activation. We believe in ownership, decisiveness, and initiative. The pace is high, no two days are the same, and performance is recognized and rewarded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to end testing of complex user stories across UI, backend, and data layers;

  • Perform functional, integration, regression, exploratory, and performance testing;

  • Validate REST APIs, microservices flows, and database integrity;

  • Design and execute test scenarios including edge cases and corner cases;

  • Prepare and manage test data (including DB level manipulation when needed);

  • Work closely with developers in an Agile, cross-functional team;

  • Continuously improve test strategy, coverage, and efficiency.

What we’re looking for

  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies and testing lifecycle;

  • Experience testing in microservices / distributed systems;

  • Solid hands-on with API testing (Postman/Swagger), SQL, and UI testing;

  • Ability to understand complex flows end-to-end (not just test in isolation);

  • Experience with CI/CD, cloud (GCP preferred), and containerized environments (K8s);

  • Familiarity with event-driven architectures and security fundamentals.

Bonus points if you have

  • Experience with test automation;

  • Exposure to performance testing;

  • Worked in high-scale or fintech environments.
