About the role

As Business Development Manager – Open Banking & Loyalty Partnerships, you will grow our partner network across retail, e-commerce, travel, and services. You’ll own commercial growth end-to-end: from prospecting and deal-making to go-live and scaling partnerships.

What you’ll do

  • Identify, pitch, and close new CLO and loyalty partnerships;

  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline: prioritize opportunities, follow up with discipline, support forecasting, and deliver against quarterly targets;

  • Structure and negotiate deals (fees, incentives, margins, exclusivity, performance-based terms);

  • Partner with Operations, Product, and Analytics to ensure smooth onboarding, offer setup, tracking, and reporting;

  • Drive partner growth through data-driven optimization (segmentation, test & learn, promotion plans).

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field;

  • 2–3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales, preferably within fintech, tech, consumer apps, loyalty, retail media, adtech, or similar environments;

  • Experience managing relationships with mid-level stakeholders; exposure to senior stakeholders is a plus;

  • Experience working with a structured sales process (pipeline management, follow-ups, clear next steps); forecasting experience or willingness to learn quickly;

  • Comfortable working with performance-driven commercial models (cashback/incentives, CPO/CPS/CPA, ROAS/incrementality at a high level);

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;

  • Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong plus.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Card-Linked Offers (CLO), affiliate networks, loyalty platforms, or retail media;

  • Experience with international retailer/e-commerce partnerships and complex contracts;

  • Familiarity with open banking/PSD2 use cases or working in regulated environments.
