From our Amsterdam office, you’ll work closely with local colleagues and collaborate seamlessly with teams across Europe to scale our impact. Our partnerships span retail, e-commerce, travel, and services — giving you the chance to work on exciting, data-driven campaigns for leading brands.

About the role

As Account Manager, you will own relationships with top-tier clients, including FMCG brands, retailers, and service partners. Your mission: bring our innovative cashback and loyalty solutions to life, advise clients on campaign strategies, and grow our presence across Europe.

You will:

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring maximum value and satisfaction

  • Acquire new clients by identifying opportunities and pitching Woolsocks’ innovative solutions

  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Analytics to ensure seamless campaign execution

  • Advise clients on data-driven strategies, activations, and online-to-offline initiatives

  • Monitor results and optimize campaigns to maximize impact and client ROI

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field;

  • Proactive starters eager to join Woolsocks and it’s growth (1–2 years sales/account management experience in FMCG or tech/fintech is a plus);

  • A sales-driven professional with a passion for fintech, loyalty, and consumer engagement;

  • Strategic and creative, able to propose innovative campaign ideas;

  • Experienced in managing client relationships and closing deals;

  • Entrepreneurial, results-oriented, and proactive in solving problems;

  • Comfortable analysing data to inform recommendations and strategy;

  • Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong plus;
